Brings great experience in operations management and human resources, specializing in training, recruitment and career advice; after his global HR assigments in Europe, Asia, and the Americas working for CAI Canadian Airlines International, Volt - Microsoft, and CIDA the Canadian International Development Agency he joined BRI. In addition, he conducted research in cross-cultural management for Buttedahl R&D and had teaching appointments at FLIO Foreign Languages Institute of Ottawa, CFSI Canadian Foreign Service Institute, and UBC University of British Columbian, and VIA Vancouver Institute for the Americas. Vito holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from McGill University and a Master in Educational Psychology from the IUNA University of Buenos Aires, Cognitive Studies in the UK, Recruitment & Selection at Microsoft Univeristy, and an Executive Certificate in Venture Development from BCIT School of Business. He conducts business in Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and English.

Dr. Leonardo de Candia,

After working for the time-share industry he developed his career path working for Telefonica Argentina. His main consulting experience comes from providing services to telecommunication companies and property developers in Argentina; as research projects for the Spanish Agency of International Cooperation and the FUNDESI Foundation of Superior Studies and Research. Leonardo joined BRI forces as our representative for Latin America. Expertise in: commercial and international law, penal, labour and immigration to Argentina. He holds a LLB from the Universidad de Buenos Aires Argentina, a Certificate in Intercultural Communication from the University of Ottawa Canada, and a Graduate Certificate in International Law from the King Juan Carlos Of Spain University. leod@bayresritz.org
Dr. Andrea Sannazzaro
Legal Advisor, BRI Argentina
She was called to the Buenos Aires Bar in 2007 and joined the firm in April 2007. She graduated from the Faculty of Social Science and Law of the University of Buenos Aires with a LLB in 2006, in addition she holds post-graduated Certificates in Penal, Labour and Commercial Law. During law school, Andrea provided research assistance to the editor of the Buenos Aires Practice publication. Andrea practices in the area of intellectual property and commercial litigation. She also holds a Certificate of participation in the 2007 International Congress of "Intellectual Property and Market Power" organized by the ATRIP ( International Association for the Advancement of Teaching and Research in Intellectual Property). Andrea has also assisted senior counsel with the conduct of the Buenos Aires Province Supreme Court and Court of Appeal matters. andreas@bayresritz.org
